Testify - Fitness for Living - January-December 2025

January 1, 2025- December 31, 2025

Located at the Calvary Church Family Life Center from 5:30am-6:30am.

Open to all fitness levels high school age and up!

We will be doing various functional movements at high intensity (relative to the individual). Movements can include squats, push-ups, sit-ups, running, dumbbell work, etc. All actions are scalable. 

Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
