Kid Serve Day

November 9 is "Kid Serve Day" at Calvary Church! We can't wait for our kids to take over various ministries across the church that day and practice being the arms and feet of Jesus. Help your kids discover the joy of serving together!

FAQ:
Q. When can I sign up?
A. Registration is open 10/19-11/4. If you want to sign up after that time, please contact Joel Ferrari to check availability.

Q. Does my whole family have to sign up?
A. While most of the openings are designed for your family to serve together, a couple of the openings mention in the description that they will work for an individual kid.

Q. When will I know for sure what position we will be serving?
A. You will choose your top 2 preferences when you register; we will do our best to put you in your top choice. If there are too many interested in the same option, we will put you in your 2nd choice or a similar role if at all possible. Final info will be sent out on Thursday 11/6.

Q. Is there an age limit?
A. All ages are welcome!


DESCRIPTIONS OF ROLES:
Welcoming (1st service): Greeting people as they arrive at the main doors and holding the door open for them; may include holding signs (8:30-9:15am, 2-3 families)
Bulletin Distribution: Passing out papers at the doors to the main auditorium (8:30-9:15am, 2-4 families)
Offering Plate Passing: First service only (8:30-9:30am, 2 families or several kids)
Security: Standing with security team to be available to help as needed (8:30-9:30am, 1-2 older kids)
Other: may include welcoming those arriving for the 2nd service, prepping towels for baptism, or saying hi to people getting coffee (assigned based on turnout)
